- Assisting participants to redefine or develop housing goals
- coordinate with the Housing Department, Real Estate Agents or Proprietors to identify problems around tenancy accommodation
- implement effective strategies and guide you through ways to maintain current tenancies
- look at alternative options of housing
- assistance with private rental applications and Government housing rental applications
- assistance to obtain Government/other bond loans and household essentials
- assistance with procuring Utility Relief Grants
- assistance in securing sustainable accommodation with freedom
- assistance to coordinate and communicate with the landlord and/or seller to bring the best options to the table.
- Liaising with utilities providers
- Assistance with budgeting
- Building capacity to obtain affordable, safe, and appropriate sustainable accommodation with greater independence
