This commitment is achieved by complying with the ‘Privacy Act 1988,’ the ‘NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework’ requirements, and other legal obligations.

To safeguard the participant’s privacy when discussing sensitive or personal matters, All Australia Care will only collect necessary personal information voluntarily provided by the participant, essential for the provision of quality services and support.

At All Australia Care, we prioritize the protection and preservation of the participant’s dignity and privacy concerning all personal and confidential information.

All our employees and workers are trained and devoted to respecting and safeguarding the participant’s dignity and privacy regarding personal and confidential information.

All Australia Care ensures that each participant comprehends and acknowledges the types of personal information, including recorded audio and/or visual material, that will be collected and the reasons for their collection.

We will arrange for an interpreter if needed to communicate with the participant and respect the participant’s choice to work with their interpreter or representatives.

Personal and confidential information will only be collected, used, retained, and disclosed to other parties, such as advocates, with the participant’s consent.

We will inform the participant about circumstances in which their information may be disclosed, including cases where it is required or authorized by law to do so without their consent.
