0138 – Supported Independent Living
- Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene
- Providing overnight support, including toileting, bed changes, repositioning, and other nighttime needs
- Keeping overnight staff available for scheduled and unexpected support requirements
- Giving specialised daily support for participants with complex behavioural needs
- Providing ongoing rostered support in shared or individual living arrangements, including morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts
- Assisting with daily routines, meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks
- Giving support to attend medical appointments, including GP and dental visits, as well as online shopping and local errands
- Providing transitional support to help participants move out of a Supported Independent Living arrangement
